Am I the only one who is tired of the logistics issues that are a result of the pandemic? Yet again a perfectly good theme and combination of wines is disrupted by the vagaries of the supply chain. My original theme for this month was to pair a Petite Sirah and a Petit Verdot together, and demonstrate that while “small” may be in their name, the wines were nothing of the sort. Unfortunately, the Petite Sirah is on a truck in the midwest, not due to arrive until next week. So, to keep our timeline for release I moved up a feature that was intended for next month, so allow us to present … George & Ringo, they would not be the Beatles without them.
