In school we all learned about the Fertile Crescent and how it was the birthplace of civilization. In the highlands neighboring the Fertile Crescent in present day Armenia we have the birthplace of wine. For this tasting our friend Frankie Saunders will be presenting a couple of interesting Armenian wines as well as a few of her specialties from Greece. She is a dynamic presenter and incredibly knowledgable about her subject so don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity.

Pardon the pun, but Chablis is white hot right now and this tasting will show you why. Guillaume Hoog will be guiding us through a selection of Chablis from one of our favorite houses, Brocard, who specialize in laser focused examples of Chardonnay. If you are not yet on the Chablis train this is an excellent way to learn the category and taste what all the excitement is about.

We all love the wines of Brunello and Barolo, but the Italian landscape is getting more interesting each year. For this tasting we will look at three of the brightest emerging categories with a flight each from Sicily, Verona and Abruzzo. This tasting will encompass both white and red wines to show how Italy remains the most dynamic country in the world for distinctive, high quality bottlings.
