Italian Tasting Menu Set

We have not hosted a tasting in a while so I am really looking forward to the Italian Wine, Italian Food series in each store in the coming weeks.  Several people have emailed me about the format and menu so I thought I would post it here for all of you checking out the site.  Of course an item is subject to change but this is the menu I intend to serve each night.  The dates for this event are listed in the Classes and Events section of the site and the cost is $25 per person.   We also have 25 copies of Burton Anderson’s Foods of Italy for each store which will be given out 1 per couple or person.  

For those of you concerned about tropical storm Fay, for the moment it does not look like it will be affecting our weather on Wednesday so we are proceeding as planned.

In addition to the food we will also be serving 15 different Italian wines, three or four whites and the rest reds.  The format will be open house with two or three pouring stations and one food station you can wander between.  We are going to have a lot of fun and show many different types of wine so please join us if you can.  Please call the appropriate store to make your reservations and I hope to see you there.
