Greetings,
Many of you have called wanting to know the menu for our dinner at Blue Bistro on March 29th. Chef Jephanie has finalized her ideas and we are going to run with the menu, only the dessert remains unknown. I have not decided on the wines yet, but as we don’t depend on distributors and wineries for support there will probably be no set theme, just the best wines for the dish. This event is sold out so if you have not reserved already we can only tempt you, watch for future dinners and reserve early.
Crispy tempura portabella mushroom, red pepper, spinach sushi with truffle basil aioli
This dish will be paired to one white or rose wine
House made smoked salmon and ricotta ravioli with spring pea and proscuitto carbonara sauce
This dish will be paired with two red wines
Grilled hanger steak with red wine and morel mushroom reduction, haricot vert, gorgonzola potato au gratin, mushroom strings
This dish will be paired with two big red wines
Dessert to be determined
