Tim’s Wine Market Events

Due to the popularity of our wine tasting events we require all tickets to be purchased in advance. The tickets are non-refundable, but transferable if you are unable to attend. Call to reserve your space and we will email you the tickets/receipt. We also respectfully ask that attendees not wear excessive perfume or cologne, as it distracts the other tasters in the room.

This is the class for those of you who like wine but wish you knew more about it.  In The Educated Consumer we examine the building blocks of wine; acidity, sweetness, minerality, alcohol, tannin and oak and how they work to make a complete and balanced wine.  We will also teach you how to describe what you drink and understand the difference between a bad wine and one that simply does not suit your taste.  In addition we  cover how wine is produced and successfully paired with food.
