SUMMARY:Naturally Italy - Low Intervention Italian Wines
DESCRIPTION:Low intervention\, or “natural wines\,” got off to a rough start in the late 2010s. There were too many flawed wines made by well-intentioned but unskilled winemakers who forgot that wines should be delicious. Fast forward to now\, and not only have the wines improved\, but many are top sellers for us. This evening\, we will present six of them—a mix of whites and reds—to show that wines made without additives can be enjoyable and authentic to their grapes and places.
